In the interest of public health and following CDC recommendations, MHR/Minnesota Alternatives is suspending in-person group-based outpatient treatment services effective 3/23/2020. We will be delivering individual and group services via telemedicine. We are also still accepting referrals for services. Staff will not be available for Rule 25 Assessments.
Peer Support Groups and services are being offered via Telehealth and Telephone by our Certified Peer Support Specialist, Susie. For more information contact Susie at 763-316-6682. Family Group, and the Thursday night SMART Recovery Meeting have been placed on hold until CDC and the Minnesota Department of Health deem it safe to meet in groups. LIVIO Bridge Clinic - services temporarily suspended
The Bridge Clinic provides walk-in assistance to get medications to treat substance use disorders and assist with overdose prevention. Examples of medications that can be prescribed include: Suboxone, Antabuse, Naltrexone and Narcan. Services are provided by LIVIO Health Group and include a Doctor of Nurse Practitioner (DNP), a Community Health Worker and a Medical Assistant. Services also include medical screening and (non-complicated) medical interventions.
If possible, arrive earlier in the afternoon to ensure the best service. If everyone arrives just prior to closing, time with providers may be reduced.
