The open access Bridge Clinic is now open for walk-in assistance to get medications to treat substance use disorders and assist with overdose prevention. Examples of medications that can be prescribed include: Suboxone, Antabuse, Naltrexone and Narcan. Services are provided by LIVIO Health Group and include a Doctor of Nurse Practitioner (DNP), a Community Health Worker and a Medical Assistant. Services also include medical screening and (non-complicated) medical interventions.
If possible, arrive earlier in the afternoon to ensure the best service. If everyone arrives just prior to closing, time with providers may be reduced.
